Refund policy
At Colt Ve, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain products (such as final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products) are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Wait for return instructions and approval.

Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Please do not return items without prior authorization.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at colt.ve@coltve.store with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
